We rent for residential use, and you receive a digital lease. Eastside, Roomments, and The Bloom Homes have all passed the five Trust Check reviews in advance.
The Trust Check in detailYou inquire and receive a personal reply as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, except on weekends. You can view the apartment on site or live by video. After that, you upload your ID, proof of income, and tenant self-disclosure digitally for the application. It only takes a few minutes. When a specific apartment is available depends on the building and the date, so no number is listed here.
From six months. There is no upper limit on the lease term, and many tenants stay much longer than planned. If you only need to bridge a few weeks, we are not the right fit.
If you want to stay longer, you can extend. That is possible at any time within the deadline, at no extra charge: your rent stays as stated in your lease. We are happy when you stay longer. At Roomments, electricity, water, and heating are also included in the rent; at Eastside, they run through the utility prepayment. You bring your personal belongings, nothing more. When you move out, the furnishings stay in the apartment.

Everywhere, you move in to a furnished apartment with an equipped kitchen. No hidden fees, no upfront payment. Depending on the building, you pay the deposit in installments or before move-in, alternatively as a bank guarantee or rental guarantee.
