Choose an apartment and send an inquiry. You’ll receive a personal reply from the local team as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours except on weekends.
- 02VIEW
In person or live by video call, even from abroad. You’ll view your future apartment or an identical reference apartment.
- 03UPLOAD
DOCUMENTSAfter the viewing, you’ll upload your ID, proof of income, and tenant self-disclosure digitally, with secure transmission.
- 04LEASE &
MOVE-INSign the lease digitally, pay the deposit depending on the building in installments or before move-in, or provide a guarantee, then get a simple key handover and the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your address registration (Anmeldung) at the Bürgeramt. You only pay after you sign.
