QUICK ANSWER
The core question on this page, answered directly.
An apartment at OneHaven is your own furnished apartment with your own door, kitchen, and bathroom, available from six months in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Stuttgart. Furniture and an equipped kitchen are included everywhere. At Eastside, you pay rent incl. utilities from €940, including internet and a utility prepayment, settled once a year; at Roomments, from €1,140 all-in; in the Berlin buildings, rent incl. utilities starts from €780, with electricity and, depending on the building, internet added separately. You can rent from abroad: inquiry, viewing, documents, and lease are handled digitally, and viewings take place on site or live by video. There is no upfront payment; you only pay after you have signed. Depending on the building, you pay the deposit in installments or before move-in, or you can use a bank guarantee or rent guarantee instead.
CHECKED BEFORE YOU MOVE IN.
Every building has to pass all five checks before we offer it to you. You see a real apartment in the same category, not stock photos. No upfront payment, you only pay after you sign.

“Especially if you cannot be there in person while looking for an apartment, OneHaven is exactly the right choice.”
WE TELL YOU WHAT IS ALREADY CLEAR.
Almost everyone moving to us from abroad asks these three questions. We answer all three here clearly.
WHAT DOCUMENTS
DO I NEED?
After the viewing, you upload your ID, proof of income, and tenant self-disclosure digitally. It only takes a few minutes, and the transfer is secure. After that, your local contact person will get in touch with you.
We always need a SCHUFA or Creditreform report. An employment contract from abroad alone is not enough; you need a contract with German address registration. Ask about this early, so you know where you stand before you inquire.
CAN I REGISTER
HERE?
Yes. You rent the apartment for residential use, with a digital lease in your name. The address is your registered address from day one.
Address registration and a registration certificate are always possible with us. This applies to all buildings in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Stuttgart.
WHAT
LANGUAGE?
Your inquiry, documents, and lease all go through the same digital process, no matter which country you start from. The website is currently in German, and an English version is in progress.
Your team will respond in German or English, and in French on request.

- 04LEASE &
MOVE-INSign the lease digitally, pay the deposit depending on the building in installments or before move-in, or provide a guarantee, then get a simple key handover and the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your address registration (Anmeldung) at the Bürgeramt. You only pay after you sign.
TEN YEARS ABROAD.
A HUNDRED ARRIVALS.
“I know what the first evening in an unfamiliar city feels like. Your suitcase is still in the hallway, and the apartment decides whether you really arrive or just have a place to stay. That’s exactly why OneHaven exists: apartments we would move into ourselves. So home doesn’t take weeks to feel like home, but starts on the first evening.”
YOUR SAFE HARBOR AWAY FROM HOME.
A local team that knows every building personally and is easy to reach when you need something. You send an inquiry and get a personal reply as soon as possible from a real person, not a form.

At Eastside and Roomments, you also do not set up your own electricity or internet contracts. At Roomments, both are included in the rent. At Eastside, internet is included, while electricity, water, and heating are covered by the utility prepayment and settled once a year. In the Berlin buildings, electricity is extra; at Haus Marzahner Chaussee, internet is extra as well. Bring your suitcase, that is all.
