At Eastside, electricity, water, and heating are covered by the monthly prepayment, with reconciliation once a year. At Roomments, there is no annual utility statement. Anything added for a specific building is shown in the offer beforehand.

All questions and answersThat’s up to you. You rent for six months or longer and pay one monthly amount, whether you’re there four nights or seven. The apartment stays yours during that time: your things can stay where they are, and you don’t have to pack everything up on Friday and unpack again on Monday. Your own door, your own kitchen, your own bathroom, your own lease.
How it works in detailThe minimum stay is six months, with no fixed maximum. You can extend within the notice period at any time, with no surcharge. Your price stays as stated in the lease. We’re happy when you stay longer. Talk to your contact person early so your apartment does not move into the next rental.
