    LEASE &
    MOVE-IN

    Sign the lease digitally, pay the deposit depending on the building in installments or before move-in, or provide a guarantee, then get a simple key handover and the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your address registration (Anmeldung) at the Bürgeramt. You only pay after you sign.

How quickly will I get a reply?
As soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, except on weekends. Personally, by someone from the local team. No call center, no waiting on hold.
Can I view an apartment from abroad?
Yes. The viewing can happen on site or live by video. You’ll see a real apartment in the same category, not stock photos.
What documents do I need?
ID and proof of income, uploaded digitally and transmitted securely. Whether additional documents will be required has not yet been finalized.
How long does the lease run?
Starting at six months. The lease is signed digitally, so you don’t need an appointment at an office.
How much does an apartment cost?
From €940 rent incl. utilities per month at Eastside in Frankfurt, including utility prepayment, billed once a year. From €1,140 all-in at Roomments in Stuttgart, where internet, electricity, water, and heat are included in the rent and there is no utility statement. At The Bloom Homes in Berlin, rates start from €830 rent incl. utilities, including internet; electricity is extra. At Haus Marzahner Chaussee, rates start from €780 rent incl. utilities, including utility prepayment; you set up electricity and internet yourself. No hidden fees.
Do I need to bring furniture?
No. The apartments are fully furnished, with a designer fitted kitchen. Move in with one suitcase.
How do I get the key?
After signing, you’ll receive the key digitally or at handover, depending on the building, along with the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your address registration (Anmeldung) at the Bürgeramt.
What happens after I move in?
Your local team stays available and is easy to reach if you need anything.
