Eastside is a residential building in Frankfurt’s Ostend. Here, you rent your own furnished apartment with your own lease, from six months, with internet and complete furnishings. Utilities are paid as a prepayment with an annual settlement. No commercial subletting, no daily rate, no reception desk.
The building passed the Trust Check before it appeared here: location, design and furnishings, price, contract and safety, and on-site service. All five checks are required, otherwise it would not be on OneHaven.
Patricia is on site at Eastside and knows the building. During the viewing, she’ll usually show you an apartment in the same category, because the apartment you move into is often still home to someone else until shortly beforehand.
