Six months is the minimum stay in every building. We’re not the right fit for a short business trip. That’s what hotels are for. Once you’re at a location for half a year or more, having your own apartment makes sense.
LONGER:
EASY TO EXTEND
If the project takes longer than planned, you stay. You can extend at any time within the required notice period, with no surcharge. There’s no upper limit on the lease term, and many tenants stay much longer than planned.

We rent as residential housing, and you receive a digital lease. Eastside, Roomments, and The Bloom Homes have all passed the five Trust Check reviews in advance.

Yes, that happens regularly. Each person gets their own apartment, not shared housing. How many apartments are available in one building for your dates depends on the building and the date. Ask us about capacity for your team, and we’ll reply as quickly as possible.
If it runs longer, you extend. That is possible at any time within the notice period, with no surcharge: your price stays as stated in the lease. We’re happy if you stay longer. If the project ends earlier, the termination rules in your lease apply. We cannot promise an early end here unless it is regulated. Before you sign, ask what applies to your apartment.
Yes. The lease can be in the company’s name, in your name, or in both names. Please clarify whether and how the costs affect taxes with your accounting department or tax advisor. We rent apartments and do not provide tax or legal advice.
