Five checks, five stars. If a building does not pass one of them, it does not make it onto OneHaven. That is why there are three buildings in the showcase, not thirty.
Every check has fixed criteria. And for each one, there is something you will notice after you move in.
So it’s clear what the five stars stand for. And what they don’t.

The Trust Check is our review before a building is added. The rating comes from tenants, publicly on Google.
A building cannot apply for the Trust Check. We choose it and go there ourselves. Otherwise, it does not appear here.
