VIEW
In person or live by video call, even from abroad. You’ll view your future apartment or an identical reference apartment.

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
After the viewing, you’ll upload your ID, proof of income, and tenant self-disclosure digitally, with secure transmission.

LEASE & MOVE-IN
Sign the lease digitally, pay the deposit in one payment, in up to three installments, or provide a bank or rental guarantee. Then enjoy a simple key handover and the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your address registration (Anmeldung) at the Bürgeramt. Payment is due only after you sign.
