Choose your apartment on the website and send a non-binding inquiry online. After that, the building’s contact person or community manager will usually get back to you personally within 24 hours, except on weekends. Eastside, Roomments, and The Bloom Homes have passed the Trust Check in advance.
How it worksNo. No upfront payment. Sending an inquiry, viewing an apartment, and uploading documents cost nothing. You only pay after you sign.
Yes, and it depends on the building. In general, OneHaven rentals start at six months. At Roomments in Stuttgart, stays start at three months. It’s our only building with this shorter term. There is no upper limit anywhere, and many tenants stay much longer.
Yes. You can extend at any time within the deadline, with no extra charge. Your price stays the same as stated in the lease. We’re happy when you stay longer. Just let your contact person know early so we don’t offer your apartment to the next tenant.
Yes, a deposit is required in most of our buildings. At Eastside in Frankfurt, you pay the full amount after you sign and before you move in, or you provide a bank guarantee or rental guarantee. At Roomments in Stuttgart, the deposit is two months’ rent incl. utilities, payable all at once, in three installments, or as a bank guarantee. At The Bloom Homes and Haus Marzahner Chaussee in Berlin, the deposit is three net base rents, payable all at once or in up to three installments, with the first installment due before the apartment handover; a bank guarantee or rental guarantee is also possible. You’ll see what applies to your apartment during the rental process and in the lease before you sign.
From €940 rent incl. utilities per month at Eastside in Frankfurt, including utility prepayment, billed once a year. From €1,140 all-in at Roomments in Stuttgart, where internet, electricity, water, and heat are included in the rent and there is no utility statement. At The Bloom Homes in Berlin, rates start from €830 rent incl. utilities, including internet; electricity is extra. At Haus Marzahner Chaussee, rates start from €780 rent incl. utilities, including utility prepayment; you set up electricity and internet yourself. No hidden fees.
After the viewing: ID, proof of income, and a tenant self-disclosure form, uploaded digitally and transmitted securely. We also need a SCHUFA or Creditreform report in every case. A foreign employment contract alone is not enough; we need a contract with address registration (Anmeldung) in Germany. Whether additional documents will be required has not been decided yet.

It depends on the apartment. Many of our buildings are pet-friendly. You’ll see whether yours is one of them in the apartment request view.
In many buildings, yes, either as an outdoor parking space or in an underground garage. You’ll find parking details during the request process for each apartment.

You rent a fully furnished apartment for a set period of time: furniture, kitchen, bathroom, bed, and storage are all there. You move in with a suitcase and don’t have to buy or transport anything.
Yes, thoughtfully furnished and personally inspected. Designer furniture and living area, plus a designer fitted kitchen with an induction cooktop. The photos show real apartments, not stock images.
Your own kitchen instead of a minibar, much more space and privacy, and a home instead of a room. You also get a clear monthly rent with no hidden fees, a typical minimum stay of six months, and a digital process from inquiry to move-in.
